Americas Best Value Inn Canton, NC

Staff was friendly, lobby, room, etc were EXTREMELY clean! The pool has a couple covered picnic spots with a grill. The room had recently been renovated and looked fantastic. They even left little bunnies out of washcloths and towels folded into a shirt and tie. I would definitely stay here again!

What a solid spot. Hotels in Asheville were booked up for a convention so we found ourselves 30 minutes down the road at this Inn in Canton. Clean sheets and towels, hot hot water, new locks on the doors, beautiful balcony views, cold a/c and a big screen TV. Could not have asked for a better nor more reasonably priced stay. We forgot a beloved pillow the first night at the hotel, called and asked if they could hold it, and were delighted that they did. Ended up changing our schedule and coming back to stay the next night because it was so comfortable. Will definitely keep this spot in mind for future travels.

Not the worse I was surprised at how much it cost but they accepted my cat so that was the important thing it was clean the furniture was a little beat up but expected when they are pet friendly not a horrible stay just not the best

The room was great for the price. The hostess was extremely nice. And the toilet was broken but fixed within 30 minutes. Overall, great experience and great for bringing your pets, even the dogs! Only $15 per pet!

We got a room with 2 queen beds but wanted a room with king bed. Office changed it with no problem. Staff has been very nice and helpful. I will stay here again. Room was clean. Very easy to get in and out from street without fighting traffic. Restaurants and grocery store are within a couple blocks. Scenic areas are close by.

Rooms are beautifully clean, private and simple. Smoking and non-smoking rooms available. Super soft, comfy beds and pillows. Continental breakfast early of waffles, muffins, cereal and milk. Open vacancy when we stopped at 8pm.

This motel is an absolute hidden gem! My kids and I stayed here for quite a while and loved it. The private balcony was a great addition and the view from there was BEAUTIFUL!! There is a large yard where my children regularly played ball and ran around when going out somewhere else wasn't an option. There are covered picnic tables and a grill to enjoy as well as a decent sized pool. Due to weather, the power went out several times while we were there which also killed the office phone but it was restored rather quickly... The longest outage was about 4 hours. The owners and housekeeping staff were all really friendly, there was only one front desk person that gave us any issues and she was rarely there. She kept telling us our kids were being too loud, and even walking too loud (we were on the second floor!?) even when they were in bed almost asleep... She said we would get kicked out if they didn't stop. The only other problem we had was not the motels fault but the Canton police Dept. BEAT on our door in the middle of the night one night looking for some guy we didn't know and had to look in our room and on our balcony as well as in the yard outside of our room... Other guests were alarmed by their presence there and so were we. We never expected anyone to knock at 2am, much less police officers looking for a felon we had never met or heard of! Overall, I would definitely recommend this motel especially if you need to be near Asheville but don't want to pay the ridiculous prices of the hotel/motel rooms there. This place is a great value and definitely a hidden gem!

The staff took us in during Hurricane Florence. Three adults and two dogs. Very nice staff clean rooms nice outdoor space. Good rates. Will definitely visit again. You guys were great Blessings back from our family to yours, Sincerely Tammy Ann Kirchner & family
